Executive Rentals: Long-term rates are available for stays of 30 days or more in a 2 bedroom apartment. Please contact us for more information.

- High Season rates apply 02 Apr 2010 to 06 Apr 2010 (*3 night minimum stay applies) and 21 Dec 2010 to 03 Jan 2011 (*5 night minimum stay applies).

- Check-in 2.00pm. Check-out 10.00am (unless prior arrangements confirmed)
- All apartments are NON-SMOKING
- Fully compliant disabled apartments available
- All apartments are fully self-contained with linen and towels provided.
- Weekly servicing is included for stays of more than 7 nights. Apartments may be serviced more frequently on request, for an additional fee.
- Single night stays are welcome - a cleaning charge of $70 applies
Payments & Cancellations
Payments: Payments can be made by cash, Visa or Mastercard. While in residence a sundry account will be held, requiring a pre-authority (swipe) of your credit card as security.
Booking Deposits: A deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. Balance is to be paid on arrival date.
Cancellation: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, and a full refund of the deposit less a $25.00 administration charge is provided. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the check in time forfeit the full amount of the deposit. If you fail to arrive without notifying us then all accommodation must be paid for unless the apartment is relet, in which case the refund will be proportioned to the length of stay of the new booking. There are no refunds for early departures.
