- Rates are per apartment per night and subject to change.
- Rates are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of taxes
- Low, Mid and High season periods and rates are as shown in the Quotes and Bookings page. A *3 night minimum stay applies to the High season period in March/April and a *5 night minimum stay applies to the High season period in December/January.
- Check-in 2.00pm. Check-out 10.00am (unless prior arrangements confirmed)
- An early check-in may be arranged at the rate of $15.00 per hour and is subject to availability. Early check-ins must be arranged prior to the date of arrival.
- A late check-out may be arranged at the rate of $15.00 per hour (or part thereof) after 10:00 AM on the day of check-out, and is subject to availability. A late check-out extended beyond 1:00 PM will be charged at 50% of the nightly rate and beyond 5:00 PM at 100% of the nightly rate.
- All apartments are NON-SMOKING
- Fully compliant disabled apartments available
- All apartments are fully self-contained with linen and towels provided.
- Weekly servicing is included for stays of more than 7 nights. Apartments may be serviced more frequently on request, for an additional fee.
- Single night stays are welcome - a cleaning charge of $70 applies
- Disabled Apartment: We have two disabled access compliant apartments. Both apartments have two bedrooms, one bathroom and an additional separate toilet (2 in total). Otherwise they are identical to our other luxury apartments and include full kitchen and laundry facilities.
Payments & Cancellations
Payments: Payments can be made by cash, Visa or Mastercard. While in residence a sundry account will be held, requiring a pre-authority (swipe) of your credit card as security.
Booking Deposits: A deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. Balance is to be paid on arrival date.
Cancellation: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, and a full refund of the deposit less a $25.00 administration charge is provided. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the check in time forfeit the full amount of the deposit. If you fail to arrive without notifying us then all accommodation must be paid for unless the apartment is relet, in which case the refund will be proportioned to the length of stay of the new booking. There are no refunds for early departures.
